Claus has worked with senior executive and management teams throughout Denmark and Scandinavia as well as multinational groups in amongst other countries UK, France, Holland, Germany, Finland and USA.

His many years of strategy development and organizational transformation client experience as well as his more than 10 years of management experience in executive positions makes him a solid choice for companies who seeks a consulting profile on an independent and time-based basis.

Previously, he worked as the General Manager for Right Management responsible for the Nordic Region and was a member of the firms Global Executive Group. Right is a global consultancy firm that specializes in strategy execution, organizational performance and leadership development.

Prior to joining Right, Claus was the Managing Director and a senior Partner of Kjaer & Kjerulf, the leading Organization & Leadership development companies in Denmark.

Before that he spent 10 years working with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, within the Change Management Practice and as Nordic Practice Head of Organization Design & Development.

He received his Masters Degree at The Technical University of Denmark and   completed Bachelor level studies at the Copenhagen School of Economics as well as executive training programs at IMD in Switzerland and Kelloggs University in USA.

He is currently Chairman of the companies Nexus Interim Management, Newtech A/S and WODOR Group plus a board member of Lighthouse CPH and Prospect A/S. He is a senior advisor to the CBN CEO network and a member of VL7.
