Profitable growth at Qeep - new business established in Germany

Management consultancy Qeep AB is establishing a business in Germany and plans for further expansion.

The subsidiary, Qeep GmbH, will be managed by Magnus Penker together with two experienced consultants located in Hamburg.

Sebastian Groffik, will become business development manager and senior partner at Qeep GmbH. Groffik has previously been involved in a performance management consultancy business in Germany and has been global HR manager at one of the world's top five manufacturing companies.

"Nothing of what I have done before can be compared with Qeep's working methods and structural capital. I really look forward to taking the concept to the German market, says Sebastian Groffik.

The business will commence with immediate effect and the goal is to have 3 to 5 consultants located in Hamburg within one year.

"It takes courage and persistence to expand and start up subsidiaries in new markets, especially in tough financial times. But we have seen that our working methods create direct results for our clients and we continue to have a good inflow of new clients and also existing customers that return to us", says Magnus Penker, CEO and Managing Director of Qeep Group AB.

Qeep´s methods have been developed during ten years and are based on the principle of working from management all the way down through the organization to create better results.
