Qeep grows with profitability - establishes business in Norway

The management consultancy Qeep AB establishes business in Norway and plans for further expansion.

Qeep AB has during the autumn of 2008 opened an office in Norway. The subsidiary Qeep Norway A/S is managed by the entrepreneur Haavard Helmen, who has great experience from several companies within the IT sector.

"I have started up and managed many companies but to get the opportunity to combine my knowledge and experiences with Qeep´s working method is the funniest thing I have done. There is a lot you can do with Qeep´s method on the Norwegian market and we have received positive response from our client for our way of working", says Haavard Helmen.

The office in Norway opened during the autumn and several projects have been realized which will result in profit already during the first year. In 2009 Qeep Norway A/S planes to grow to between five and seven consultants.

Qeep will also recruit in Sweden. Two consultants have been hired at the Stockholm office and more recruitment will be done during 2009 and more establishments are planned in Sweden.

"Naturally our clients are cutting costs and consultants, but our working method lead to improved profitability and increased market shares which mean that we rather get more projects even if the decision process is longer than usual", says Magnus Penker.

Qeep´s method has been developed during ten years and bases on that you work with organizations from management level and all the way down through the organization to create better results. The concept is ready to be exported to more countries.

"Our clients are international players and our working method is based on that we work from the management down to subsidiaries and the local department. Therefore it is necessary for us to be where our clients are. Our method is universal and is relatively easy to use in different countries without modification. In the future we plan to grow further in the Nordic region and in Central Europe", says Magnus Penker, chairman at Qeep AB.
