Aqilles Invest AB is a private equity firm based in Malmö, Sweden. We invest in small to medium size companies with a potential for enhanced operational performance and growth.

Capital
Aqilles Invest AB was founded in 2009 by Anders Holm and Johnny Dahlberg (founders of Qeep Consulting). Together with a number of carefully selected investors we have gathered capital and competitive know-how for the private equity industry.
Target companies
We invest in small (>50 MSEK - 200 MSEK in turnover) to medium size companies where we identify potential for improved performance (functional and process) and growth opportunities. Target companies may be owner-led companies where the owner/owners family seeks for new “external” owners. We are also seeking for “carve-out” companies or business-units/areas within larger organizations, where the parent company seeks to outsource or sell off a part of the current company.
Companies may come from industries such as service, trade, retail and lighter manufacturing.
Objectives
Aqilles Invest aims to substantially improve operational performance in portfolio-companies. We bring capital, ownership- and industry competence as well as front-edge knowhow in Performance Management.
