To attract, retain and motivate high performing consultants delivering world class projects and bottom line impact for our customers we have built up the QTC (Qeep® Technology Centre). QTC has two main purposes:
- Supporting the operation certifying, rewarding, recruiting, coaching and career planning for the consultants.
- Transfering the Qeep® way of working and the supporting tools to our customers, customized and implemented so as to make ourselves redundant within 12-24 months. Our ambition and vision is to generate the highest Client-ROI within the management consulting arena. We enable our customers to generate vastly improved results continuously by themselves in the future thus ensuring their freedom and independency as well. To make this happen, QTC has a vital role to secure, capture, share and transform its knowledge, systems and experience to create real actions within our clients' operations. Currently, our average Client-ROI, bottom line, is 3 to fifteen times the Qeep consultancy fee.
The word technology within the QTC title is used in its widest sense and was introduced to give a higher peceived amunt of perceived value both internally and externally. It also reflects the structured approach of our work and method which enables our customers to reproduce results leap outcomes on a constant basis.
The internal value added by QTC is in shortening the time-to-market for new consultants, to strengthen/preserve the company culture during a period of rapid development, to quickly get established within new markets and to provide a competitive advantage through the application of our methodology. The main activities carried out by QTC is methodology development, job design, training, coaching, assessment, certification, supporting the recruitment process and in the design of performance management and IT solutions, together with the development of reward structures. The reward strategy is capability based, focusing on skills, knowledge, customer development and sales responsibility.
