Result Process
The process involves leaders as well as employees. It runs as a series of short activating result meetings over an extended period of time. During these meetings there is follow up on goals, planning and development of abilities and skills directly related to the specified results goals.
Leaders as well as employees are responsible for running their own or joint results projects in order to create breakthroughs in a number of areas. For instance, productivity, cost efficiency, customer relations, account development, sales breakthrough, business development, delivery precision, administrative and white collar work efficiency and more.
The structure and design develops skills and abilities. It makes sure that knowledge and skills become permanent. The process calls for leaders and employees to be responsible as well as accountable for results. The system will be built into the organisation. A structure for weekly follow up of results based on active reporting allows for the opportunity to support employees in dealing with breakdowns and problems as well as coaching for individual responsibility. Verbal reporting strengthens internal communication and increases involvement.
A results process spans over a time period of approximately 12-36 months. Results are followed up during the process and a final evaluation and follow up is done at the end of the project. The results process is then run using internal resources.
